Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our new product vertical in the fast-evolving iGaming industry. The role is suited to a hands-on, entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about exploring new markets and opportunities. This position involves a mix of new business acquisition, account management, sales administration, and marketing activities, with a particular focus on pre-regulated markets including crypto and sweepstakes.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. New Business Development (50%)

  • Proactively hunt for new business opportunities in the iGaming sector through LinkedIn, personal networks, and industry conferences.

  • Identify and build relationships with potential clients, especially in high-growth pre-regulated markets like crypto, sweepstakes, and social gaming.

2. Account Management (20%)

  • Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring optimal positioning of the products.

  • Collaborate with partners on promotional activities, ensuring clients receive top-notch service and support.

  • Provide expert advice to maximize product impact.

3. Sales Administration (10%)

  • Handle all aspects of the sales cycle, including negotiations, drafting contracts, and managing annexes.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and oversee the execution of agreements to close deals efficiently.

4. Marketing & Promotions (20%)

  • Create compelling slides, offers, marketing materials.

  • Represent the company at conferences, delivering presentations and building brand visibility in key markets.

  • Support the creation of promotional content to engage potential clients and partners.

Preferred Profile:

  • Hands-On Approach: You are comfortable doing the work yourself without relying on a large team, taking initiative to drive results.

  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the iGaming industry is crucial, with a solid understanding of products, market trends, and customer needs.

  • Sales Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the iGaming space. Experience with product and marketing will be an added advantage.

  • Market Insights: Knowledge of crypto, sweepstakes, and pre-regulated markets is a big plus, along with experience working in or with smaller companies.

  • Location Flexibility: The position is remote with a preference of location in one of the iGaming hubs like Malta, Cyprus, Tallin etc.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the iGaming sector.

    • Proven track record of generating new business and managing client relationships.

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience drafting contracts and sales agreements.

    • Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies, including the use of LinkedIn for business development.

    • Ability to work independently, with a proactive and resourceful approach to challenges.
